Welcome David Halle!
Last November, David Halle started with us as the Plant Manager for the Sheboygan plant. He lives in the Sheboygan area and his wife is a paramedic for the Manitowoc fire department. David was working at Pace Industries in Grafton before joining our team. Over the last six months, David has gotten a quick education on powder coating in addition to working the bugs out of the new 5-stage washer that was installed in Sheboygan last August. David has assembled a good stable crew on the floor and is trying to get things staffed so that the Sheboygan plant can run more than one shift in the future. We all wish David the best of luck in his new position!!
I live in Manitowoc with my fiancé Justin, and our 5yr old son Calum. I also have a 19yr old son Warren, and 2 step-children: Blake- 19 and Libby-15. I come from an incredibly fast-paced medical accounting background, so I am learning the manufacturing world and trying to get used to the slower pace. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, making as many memories as possible. – Time goes SO fast! Looking forward to my future with Classic Coatings!
I grew up in the Valders area. I moved to Manitowoc right after high school graduation. I live with my husband of 28years. We have a son that is going into his senior year at the University-Wisconsin Milwaukee majoring Biomedical Sciences. We were a family that loved to camp and travel to many state parks. Most currently, my husband and I loved to take mini road trips to discover waterfalls in WI and upper Michigan on the weekends.
Classic Coatings Sheboygan plant has installed a new state of the are 5 stage wash system manufactured by PEM Industries. This replaces the 3 stage washer that has been there for many years. With this new washer we run two alkaline cleaning stages two R/O rinse stages and zirconium sealer in stage 5. With this new system installed we have confidence that we can get salt spray tests that will meet your customers requirements.
Classic Coatings now has a system in place to remove laser scale on steel parts at our Two Rivers plant. This is an extra, over and above, our painting costs and is only offered if the customer specifically asks for it. This system works quite well but is limited to parts that are no bigger than about 2’ x 3’. We hope to be able to enlarge this in the near future to take larger parts. If this is something that you need don’t hesitate to ask your salesman or customer rep about this.
