Classic Coatings can provide a wide range of coating options to protect your parts from corrosion or to enhance the appearance and performance of your parts

Powder Coating

One of our most popular coatings is Powder Coating. We offer a full range of powder chemistries and textures. We inventory hundreds of powders to be able to offer you a standard 2- to 3-day turnaround on most orders. Classic Coatings has two powder coating lines. This allows us to run multiple jobs at the same time. We can also run large parts up to 20' long.

Ceramic Coating

Another valuable coating application is Ceramic Coating. These high temperature coatings can withstand temperatures of up to 2,000° F. Ceramic Coatings are often used in exhaust systems that regularly see extreme temperatures in the 1,000° to 2,000° range.

Lubricity Coating

This type of coating is specific to your requirements. Classic Coatings offers many chemistries ranging from PTFE to PFA, FEP and ETFE. These products provide a low coefficient of friction coating for use in a wide variety of applications in the paper converting, food equipment and pharmaceutical industries.

Chromatic Conversion

This coating is a great primer for powder coating. There is no better way to protect aluminum parts from corrosion than with a chromate base coat and top coated with an attractive powder coating.

Powder Coatings Institute Member

Classic Coatings is a member of the Powder Coatings Institute. The Powder Coating Institute (PCI) is a non-profit organization that represents the North American powder coating industry. It promotes powder coating technology by communicating the benefits of powder coating to manufacturers, consumers, and government.
